Bo Snyder

A highly sought health care management consultant, Robert "Bo" Snyder, FACHE, previously spent 18 years in health care management with Bronson Healthcare Group (Kalamazoo). His last two years there focused on improvements that culminated in Bronson's receipt of the Baldrige Award in 2005.

Bo Snyder left healthcare management in 2006 to open Bo Snyder Consulting, Inc. that helps healthcare leaders improve performance. His most frequent consulting and speaking engagements focus on using smart strategic planning to align and focus the organization, improving customer service to industry-leading levels, and creating organizations that are a "best place to work." Snyder holds a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
